Quail Ridge Homeowners Association Officers and Board Members
All board members are elected by the community at the annual HOA meeting and are volunteers.
- Each board member is elected for a 3-year term.
- The terms of each expire on a rotating schedule
The officers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the HOA. Following are definitions of each officer position’s responsibilities.
- President: The principal officer of the Association who will manage the business affairs of the Association, may sign contracts, and sees that the orders and resolutions of the Board are carried into effect.
- Vice-President: Acts in the absence of the President and performs other duties directed by the President and Board. Also provides oversight and assistance with all matters related to contracts, amendments and legal issues that may arise.
- Treasurer: The HOA board treasurer acts as the financial manager for the association. He or she is responsible for the association funds and maintaining all financial records. From billing and collections to disbursement of funds, the treasurer oversees all things financial.
- Secretary: Shall attend and keep the minutes of the meeting, record votes/actions of meetings and see that all notices are duly given in accordance with the bylaws. Also provides oversight of all electronic communication to the community and other duties as assigned.
