HOA Dues:  $500 dollars is due annually no later than January 31st.  Please make checks payable to Quail Ridge HOA and mail to the address below.

You also have the option of using the “MEMBER LOGIN” to pay the annual HOA dues. Please note: when paying online a 3% fee will be added to cover merchant fees (vs. if paying by check).

Community Speed Limit(s): The roads in our community are all private and speed limits are 25 MPH on paved roadways and 20 MPH on gravel surfaces. This helps to maintain the safety of all residents. The HOA maintains the roads year around.

Soliciting:  Quail Ridge has a no soliciting policy in the neighborhood.  Thank you!

Internet: At this time, internet options in the community are limited. A few available options are: Hughesnet, AirPipe, and Starlink.

Quail Ridge is governed by a Homeowners Association. All Residents must agree and abide by the Covenants as disclosed upon entering into a contract to purchase one of the homes within Quail Ridge Subdivision.
