Membership in the Quail Ridge Homeowners Association may be obtained solely by ownership of a lot in the Quail Ridge Subdivision. In order to be considered a member in good standing with voting rights, homeowners must be current on dues, and compliant with all covenants and rules promulgated by the Board and the applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
